Ghirlanda delle feste! - Holidays Garland!

Ciao a tutti! Questo post è in ritardo, ma volevo comunque condividere con voi la decorazione natalizia che ho realizzato in questi giorni: una Ghirlanda per la porta di casa.
Hello everyone! This post it’s in late, but I still wanted to share with you the Christmas decoration that I made these days: a holiday wreath for the front door.

Ho acquistato il materiale in vari posti e in vari giorni fino ad accumulare il necessario: ho preso le pigne e i campanelli da Lidl, mentre i nastri e il fiocco rigido in cima in cartoleria. La base è realizzata con dei rami d’ulivo appena raccolti, che ho piegato e fissato con del filo metallico.

I purchased the material in various places and at various days to accumulate the necessary: I took the pine cones and bells from Lidl market, while the ribbon and the bow on top at the stationery. The base is made of olive branches freshly picked, I folded them and secured with wire.

Ho voluto realizzare il video e il post qui sul blog, perchè magari come me, ci sono persone che immaginavano la propria ghirlanda ma non la trovavano in giro per i negozi. Ecco allora che possiamo ricorrere all’handmade e crearla a nostro gusto.

Questa ghirlanda nella mia mente aveva colori come oro e argento, ma devo dire che se avessi avuto ulteriore materiale l’avrei fatta più grossa.. bella cicciotta! A me piacciono infatti le ghirlande voluminose e che trasmettono calore, ma sono comunque soddisfatta.

This garland in my mind had colors like gold and silver, but I must say that if I had more material would make it bigger .. a pretty chubby! In fact I like voluminous garlands that transmit heat, so I’m pretty much satisfied.

Ora la ghirlanda è appesa alla mia porta e accoglie con amore gli ospiti delle feste!
